Return & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products

All C-Side products are made on demand, created specifically for each customer at the time of purchase.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong size or color

  • preference changes after purchase

There is no mandatory “change of mind” return period in Canada or the U.S., and customized goods are exempt from cancellation rights.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

You do not need to return the defective item.

3. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • We will investigate with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms a delivery issue, we will ship a replacement.

4. Sizing and Order Details

All items are printed exactly as ordered.

To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the product size charts before placing your order.

We cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.
