Some of the artwork, graphics, and designs featured on our products are created directly by the C-side Collective team. These original works remain the intellectual property of C-side Collective, including exclusive rights related to production, printing, branding, and commercial distribution.
C-side Collective also collaborates with independent artists, creators, and contributors. In these cases, the original artist fully retains ownership and rights to their work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our role is to provide visibility, production support, and a platform where creative work can reach a wider audience. We do not claim ownership over collaborator artwork simply because it is featured through C-side Collective.
We value transparent and respectful creative partnerships that support both the artist and the community around the brand.
